My Approach

I have always been interested in athletics and understanding how the body works. How the body heals after injury, and be able to exercise, strength in it and treat it. Also the mindfulness of feeling balanced in mind and body.

After qualifying as a Massage Therapist in Athens in 2007, and continuing my studies and practice in London from 2010. I started by treating athletes, fitness trainers and corporate clients, holding clinics at a number of gyms studios and high-profile hotels and spas.

I believe that my greatest strengths are my reliability, passion, care, interest and the individual knowledge I have in soft tissue therapy. But the most important thing is the satisfaction of my clients. I endeavor in each treatment to provide the best work for their needs and satisfaction.

I always work closely and honestly with my clients, and I develop myself as a human and as a professional therapist to maintain the high level of my work. To accomplish this I need to listen to my client’s opinion and needs.

Finally I am fully insured with ‘Westminster Professional Indemnity And Public Liability Insurance’, Hand on First Aid Training and hold Certificate of Professional Membership with STO & ISRM.
