Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release is a mix of Deep and Superficial techniques with firm pressure. The lighter strokes effect to relax, warm and prepare the tissues before the deeper techniques are applied.

Cancellation Policy

Heal Body Cancellation Policy For cancellations, and to reschedule your appointment to all locations, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged! Failure to cancel, notify me, or reschedule a booked appointment, will incur the room hire fee charge where applicable for the Oval and Nine Elms locations £20 for 60 mins appointments, £30 for the 90 mins and £35 for the 120 mins. For the Holborn location £25 for 60 mins appointments, £35 for the 90 mins and £45 for the 120 mins. Which will be paid through an online invoice will be sent to your email address. You can pay your cancellation fee invoice online, using any type of card. For Private Visits bookings to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged! The appointment will be also confirmed the same day, before attending! Failure to cancel, notify me, reschedule a booked appointment, will incur the 50% charge. Which will be paid through an online invoice will be sent to your email address. You can pay your cancellation fee invoice online, using any type of card. For the clients they have a prepaid block of sessions, they will incur one session charge.
